Coloration is a technological process of coloring grain in holds during ship loading with food products certified by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, which is necessary for identification.

The need for coloration of grain arises at the request of importing countries when it is loaded onto a ship. This is usually required by such countries as: Saudi Arabia, Iran, Tunisia, Jordan.

Coloration is used to identify grain intended for animal feed or for sowing.

The chemical purity of the dye exceeds those used in the food industry or recommended in the medical industry.

The following dyes are among the allowed colors:

• Yellow S / Sunset (color – yellow), E 110;
• Carmazine (color – red), E 122;
• Green S (color – green), E 142.

“BREEZE LIGHT” LLC carries out labeling of agricultural crops as an independent coloration procedure, as well as in a complex with fumigation and deratization using the following coloration technologies:

• Spraying of dye over the load using sprayers of special designs.
• Painting using sprayers fixed at the end of the cargo pipe.
• Marking on the conveyor belt with an automatic spraying system.

Specialists of “BREEZE LIGHT” LLC carry out work on grain coloration exclusively in compliance with the requirements of safety technology, eco-safety requirements and occupational health and safety regulations.

According to the results of the coloration, BREEZE LIGHT LLC issues a corresponding certificate, as well as, upon the Customer’s request, a photo report of all stages of the coloration process.
